TSSOC WINS MVT AND MVP AT GAME
Tri-State Special Ops Command

TSSOC wins MVT and MVP awards at Operation Market Garden, Splatbrothers Paintball Park Market Garden

On a cold Virginia morning, Tri-State Special Operations Command made their way to SplatBrothers Paintball park in Hopewell, Virginia to aid the American forces in the R.A.W. Series "Operation Market Garden" scenario. The highly-organized and battle-hardened German teams were poised to make this a hard-fought game for the American side, and TSSOC eagerly awaited the challenge.

TSSOC took to the field right from the opening whistle, at first fighting vigorously to repulse a full-scale German assault on the American Headquarters. TSSOC members organized their fellow Americans to repel the German onslaught and once their HQ was secure, TSSOC led the American counter-attack by completing missions, shoring up positions, directing reinforcements to where they were needed, and working closely with American command on battle strategy and tactics. But the tide of battle quickly turned as the German forces took key field positions and repeatedly attacked the American HQ. American forces were on the defensive for a good part of the day as we fought wave after wave of the German offensive.

After an afternoon of hard fighting, the American side was far behind in the point count - the final battle was the only chance to make up that difference. Despite the best efforts of TSSOC and their American allies, the German teams were able to secure all of the final objectives and win the game! We congratulate them on their hard-fought victory and sincerely enjoyed the intense opposition and fair gameplay they gave us all day long!

For their efforts on the field, TSSOC was awarded Most Valuable Team by the American general, and TSSOC's own Elff earned Most Valuable Player honors for his leadership role. We would also like to congratulate Yankee Division on the Most Feared Opponent award for the American forces! TSSOC members had an excellent time in Virginia, and we are looking forward to our next scenario game at Splatbrothers Paintball!

Tri-State Special Operations Command (TSSOC) is a team of highly motivated military-simulation scenario and woodsball players with a common goal to help shape the sport of scenario paintball while improving our team's tactical capability. TSSOC will playing the Army Paintball, West Point Spring Game, with TSSOC's Chistopher "TOPHER" Matsinger as XO for the US/UN forces on April 12th and 13th, and as an attacking team for Castle Conquest XXV at EMR Paintball in New Milford, PA.
