I would definetly go with the shocker. I am a front man also, and as long as you get a 12in barrel (I have a 12 AA/TD) you will be fine, and a big drop forward (get a psycho proline). I have had both guns, and stock, the 2001 cockers suck. The Shockers are very good out of the box. The cockers are loud, inaccurate and unreliable. The shockers are completely opposite. Also, shockers shoot faster, it is easy to do a homemade trigger job, and they really arent as heavy as people say that they are. If you are extreme front though, you should get something like a bushmaster or an impulse. I know people that have both, and the bushy's trigger is better, but doesnt work on co2 and isnt as reliable. Either are great. Hope this helps.
