How many shots will I get from a 68ci 4500 bottle?

Between 600 to 700 shots

What about a 88ci 4500 bottle?

1,000 to 1,100 shots

Crossfire makes a fixed low pressure output bottle of 450, would that be better to get for this gun than an 800 fixed?

I can not answer this one because I have never used a preset on my shocker, but it seems to me that 450 would be better than 850 because it would put less pressure on the regulator.

My Shocker is setup as follows:

22001 vertical Shocker Sports 4x4
88ci 4500psi Max flow on gun setup
Smartparts drop forward
14" All American barrel

Hopes this helps you. I would not run CO2, if I could afford the 88ci 4500psi MaxFlow. If you can not afford it keep using your CO2 tank until you save enough money to get one. They work much better in all weather settings. However, you can run a Shocker successfully in most conditions on CO2 but C02 will freeze.
