It can be caused for a lot reasons.

Let me see if I can help you.

Does your gun has a regular feed or a power feed ?

Itīs kind of normal on regular feed - I suggest you to get a power feed.

Is your battery charged ?

Did you greased your rocket piston - bolt etc ? Sometimes it helps.

Do you know how is board set up? The position of the switch ?

How long do you have this problem ?

You can try to increase the time your bolt is open to feed the balls - maybe it works.
