I went to pick up a shocker that was ordered for me at a local shop. The gun did not seem to cycle. The shop owner appears to have less experience with the guns than I do; wanting me to take the gun, saying the batteries need to be charged. Does anyone have experience with new guns having this problem and know anything about whether the batteries are rechargeable? I didn't take the gun yet.
