Ok, first of all to it sounds like a dead solenoid. You need to take each one off ONE AT A TIME, hold it tight in your hand and pull the trigger if it does not make a clicking sound (you will feel it as well) it is dead call Smart Parts. I think they are 80 bucks each.
The reason for taking them off is so one wont "fool" you into thinking they both are working.
Make sure you have a brand new battery first.Make sure you have a LIGHT coat of grease on the bolt as well, too much will create a suction inside the bolt, too little will make the bolt drag a bit.


The mask thing is kinda personal. I use a JT protues mask,it is kinda small compared to some masks, but I like it. I can see better with that one than I could with a JT flex 7. I have NEVER had a JT thermal mask fog up.
