I have a 45oo psi 88 ci max-flo and like it. I have never used an air america system, nor have my friends. I hear it is a good system, also. Sorry I can not help you on which system but I can tell you a 4500 psi 88 ci tank is a must for a Shocker. You will get 1,000 to 1,200 shots per tank with one. Expect approximately the following from these tanks:

800 shots from a 4500 psi 68 ci tank

1,000 from a 3000 psi 114 ci

700 from a 3000 psi 88ci

500 from a 3000 psi 68ci.

Again I recommend a 4500 psi 88ci tank. Hopes this helps some.
