First, check that your reg isn't set too high. If your gauge reads higher than 200 you might be too high, in which case your reg is probably bleeding the extra pressure.

If your reg setting is OK, you can try taking the reg apart and reassembling it. Smart Parts has a good support section on their site, including a step-by-step maintenance section. http://www.smartparts.com/page/101

: my max flow is leaking ofof the front of it. It's a horozontal mount what could be wrong with it? It's a small leak but it is constant.
