Shocker accuracy problem

I haven't used my shocker in a while because I had an angel, last week I wanted to play with the shocker but it was shooting all over the place. I ended using my 98 custom becuase it was a lot more accurate. I have done the normal checks, the paint/barrel match is great. The paint is fresh and barrel is clean. I have tried messing with the reg shooting from 150psi-200psi but the paint still flies all over it just doesn't go as far when it is on 150psi. I cleaned the gun and greased it. So any ideas what may be wrong?
