I have both. I also have the werm frame, but thats because I had an old dome switch thattricycleped out. BUt the bolt rocks. It is lighter so it moves faster increasing your ROF. However, it also seems to make the gun a little louder and kick a bit. The werm stick is comfy, you can position your finger anywhere. I personally recomend the whole frame, it gives you better adjustments and works a whole lot faster than the stock one.
