I am never buying from Smart Parts again.

I love the markers. I love the barrels. I hate the service. When you send a marker to airgun designs they completely fix whatever problems you say you have and anything that they feel is a problem. I send my brand new $900 shocker back to smart parts assuming that they would fix the problem. Instead they clean it and fire it a few times and they say that nothing is wrong with it and that the problem is me and my air source. O.K. the first thing I do is put in a new battery and proceed to try Crossfire, hyperflow, pure energy and Maxflo. All of them would fire up to about 30 rounds. The marker still cycles but does not fire. My retailer and team captain whos been in the game for 16 years told smart parts that it was my firing solenoid to begin with. I payed them over $70 for something I could have done myself. Now I will just buy the firing solenoid separately and have it installed locally. My captain also loves the shocker but after 5 months of waiting for a fade vert feed from smart parts he cancelled the order and bought a dark angel. If Smart Parts thinks that they will have a marker made to compete specificaly with the angel they will definitely need to back it up. As far as I'm concerned Airgun Designs and WORR have my future business as far as markers are concerned. This also means one less shocker at the NWTS tourney this weekend because I'm back down to my mag. 2001 Shocker Ser# 023877
