Shocker with Max Flo prob *I think

OK, I have a Shocker that shoots one 10 ft, the next 280 fps, then 10 ft, then 280 fps, and the cycle is continuous. It seems like it is being starved for air. I think the problem lies in the Max Flo. Can someone lead me to the necessary maintenance and any ideas for what might be causing the "farting". The Smart Parts website doesn't have the maintenance up anymore with the new design. Thanks for your help.
