Im not really sure what you are asking about running the max flow tank to the max flow. But this should help you. If you are buying or trading a Shocker it should have a max-flow on it already. But you said vertical max-flow. So you can put a normal drop and a normal nitro tank on the marke and it should work fine. However its is highly recomended that you get some type of an on/off valve. You can eitehr have that on the tank or on the drop. But make sure it is before the max flow. And the input pressure on a shocker varies. That is how you control your velocity on a Shocker. But the normal range is about 170-200. Depending on how your gun is set up, paint/barrel match all of that stuff.
