Shocker timing problems with the glacier AT

My friend's shocker is messed up now. It seems fine with the first shot. When you rapid, it hiccups and doesn't seem like it's at the same pressure at the first shot. It has the AT board so you can time it with the trigger pulls but I can't figure it out. I reset the board to factory settings and it didn't help. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
