If you are going to be using CO2 then using and anti-siphon tube is pretty important no matter what the temperature is.
This setup should be fine in the cold as far as I know. That's exactly how I have my shocker set up, but I never really like to play outside in the winter so I have no first hand experience with it. A question like this is answered in Doc's FAT(Frequently Asked Tinkerers). It says, "With just an anti-siphon and a regulator, most guns can run CO2 without any problems, provided they can be made to run at 600psi or lower. The fact is most can run quite a bit lower than that without too much fuss." (http://www.northarc.com/~tinker/co2.html)
The shocker runs well below 600psi so you should be fine. It might be a good idea to keep your rate of fire down a little though.
