Your right… SmartParts customer “NO” service has been a theme even for retailers that purchase $20 to $40k a year it's still less than stellar. If you’re willing to take the extra step and be the “annoying customer” you can get your way. Try talking to Amiee (Sales rep), she has always been nice. But you need to have your sale order slip, RA numbers and the name of the tech or rep you talked to that had the thumb up the ass. And if there not willing to correct the problem, then just don’t buy SmartParts stuff and let everyone you come across know why. There’s nothing like a bad referral. Later.
