If the bolt is fine then most likly your bolt solenoid isn't working. Check the wires first for cuts, shorts, or pinched wiring. It's not uncommon to find the wires detached from the solenoid. If all wires are good then you will have to use the manual over-ride on the Bolt Solenoid. The bolt solenoid is the one that is off center and diagonal. The over-ride button is center of the solenoid and white. By pressing it could help in freeing up dirt or metal slivers.
If your not familiar with taking apart the solenoid then let a authorized smartparts tech do it.
