 Well said,

Very often when people complain about companies online, a few more questions reveal that they haven't even bothere to call the manufacturer for help.

Smart Parts is now opening their west coast warehouse just outside of Reno, Nevada, so now they're going to have even faster shipping times are regular ground shipping prices for stuff to all of the western US.
