Every e-mail I've ever sent them has gone unanswered, and when I've tried calling them, I've been "dropped", hung up on, and looped through a machine that deposited me... nowhere. I'm not alone in that issue, either. I know a number of people who have had similar experiences. It's not that some of the people here detest SP solely based on what they're currently up to (although that's enough, in my book). Some of us have been trampled upon as customers for a very long time. I'm through jumping through SP's hoops to try to give my money to them. I'd bet there are plenty of other companies that would be more than happy to have me as a customer.
