: You have to heat the loctite that holds the old aluminium bolt on then you have to loctite the delrin bolt on. I do not remember if it is blue or red loctite. If your are not good at it, I would get your air smith to do it. It should cost about $10-$15. A new bolt assemblly is $100+ and the cost of your mess uped delrin bolt..

Imperial Paintball . com has aftermarket delrin bolts from $20-25 dollars, and they shoot great. I have one in my 2002 and it works wonderfully. They have lots of other shocker and impulse accesories. Later..
