SPORTS ILLUSTRATED TO COVER IAO

Pittsburgh, PA. – The upcoming Draxxus International Amateur Open and Paintball Festival presented by Dick’s Sporting Goods will be covered by Sports Illustrated in a feature article. Scheduled for July 21st – 25th teams and sponsors are gearing up to be a part of this 14th annual extravaganza.

According to event producer Debra Dion Krischke, “The IAO is the perfect venue to showcase the game of paintball to the world since we have the entire world of paintball all in one location. Not only do we have over 1300 tournament competitors but we’re expecting several hundred scenario game devotees as well. And all this is in addition to the largest trade show in our industry. In a few days, the writer and photographer will be able to access a terrific cross section of all the facets of paintball, and just how it has evolved over the past 22 years.”

Only 35 Days left until the fun begins! Don’t miss it!
