The Xtreme Paintball Sports League (XPSL) wrapped up the final leg of their 2004 series in Las Vegas

The Xtreme Paintball Sports League (XPSL) wrapped up the final leg of their 2004 series in Las Vegas on October 10th. The Series Champions were crowned and given their Champion rings.

2004 XPSL Series Champions:
Amateur: ACI Splat Factory
Novice: Street Hustlers
Rookie: Turbulence
Young Guns: Dysfuntion

The 2004 XPSL Season enjoyed tremendous success. Over 3000 players participated on 478 teams. The average team turnout was just under 100 teams per event. This year events were held in Las Vegas, San Jose, Los Angeles, Portland and the final again in Las Vegas.

$268,135 was given away in prizes. Over 14 million paintballs were shot and hundreds of first time teams were exposed to the sport of paintball. A large trade show accompanied each event with many vendors showcasing their goods.

With over 30% increase in team participation from 2003 to 2004 the XPSL continues to grow through their qualified staff, professional referees, outstanding prize packages and a strong affiliation with the NPPL.

The XPSL would like to thank all the teams, vendors, sponsors and spectators that participated in the 2004 season. We look forward to seeing everyone in 2005!
