2005 MILLENNIUM SERIES 5 MAN EVENTS
Millennium Series

Mellennium Series develops the European 5 Man Championship

As mentioned in an earlier Press Release, the Millennium Series is in the process of developing a European 5-man Championship with the intention of crowning a European 5-man champion team at the end of the season.

By working closely with existing events currently outside the Millennium Series and using a new system of series scoring, teams can participate in a number of events and, along with placing in these events, teams will also earn 5-man Championship points.

The Millennium Series will sanction a certain number of 5-man events
during the season which must meet the required standard. Teams competing
in these events are therefore assured of a certain level of quality.
These events do not necessarily take place at the same time as a 7-man event.

Points earned at 5-man events will only count towards the 5-man Championship and will not affect standings in the 7 Man Millennium Series.

This new European Championship is still in the planning stage and more announcements will follow.
