Walker joins the League’s full-time staff in Huntington Beach



Huntington Beach, Cal - The National Professional Paintball League (NPPL) is pleased to announce the appointment of Shawn Walker as General Manager of the League. Shawn has a wealth of experience in the Paintball Industry and is an expert at running local and regional tournaments. Shawn will maintain his position and involvement with the XPSL and has relocated to Huntington Beach to work with the NPPL. “It’s both an honor and a privilege to now be member of the NPPL team. I look forward to bringing a fresh perspective to an already outstanding organization” says Shawn.

The NPPL and Shawn have been working together to implement an extensive membership program. The program covers ID printing, player tracking, ranking, team statistics and many other benefits to both the player and promoter. The program will also serve as a tool for local tournament promoters to use when running NPPL qualifier events. Shawn’s responsibilities will include overseeing the Membership program, NPPL Feeder events program, Referee program and other general management event duties.

Chuck Hendsch, President of the NPPL feels that “in order for the League to grow, we need to align ourselves with quality individuals who are innovative and have the drive to excel. Shawn has all these attributes and more. We are very pleased to have him on board.”
