My name is Jodi Gordon. In past years, a gentleman from Houston,
Arkansas held an annual paintball tournament on his land. Unfortunately,
this kind-hearted man has passed away. In that case, we have felt that we
need to carry on this event in his memory. All proceeds have been and
will be given to the American Cancer Society, Breast Cancer Fund. We are
writing you trying to obtain sponsorship for anything that you are
willing to donate for the prizes of the winning teams. This tournament
will be a five man tournament, there will be a youth division and an open
division. This event will be held on July 22, 2006, we will have a
back-up date of July 29, 2006 in the event of bad weather. If, however,
we have bad weather on both days, the tournament will still be held on
July 29, 2006 taking place at an indoor field. It will now be held on our
personal practice field in Conway, Arkansas. The address to the field is
14 Brian Cove Conway, Arkansas 72032. We thank you for any donations
that you are willing to make. We will gladly put up any promotional
material from any company that donates to this cause. If you have any
