BREAK 50 PAINTBALL EXPANDS IN FL
Break 50 Paintball

Break 50 Paintball announces opening of new expanded retail location and paintball field.

Break 50 Paintball, a local paintball store, has recently moved their retail outlet to a high visibility location at 40743 US 19 N. In addition to the new store, the construction process is complete of a fully lighted paintball field, with the blessing of the city commissioners and mayor. Says co-owner Stacy Hansen, "The support of the City of Tarpon Springs has been phenomenal.” We are so pleased to have the opportunity to bring this exciting sport to Tarpon Springs and the surrounding area."

Break 50's retail establishment has been expanded into 2000 sq. feet to cater to and service woods ball and air ball enthusiasts in the Tampa Bay area. The broad local base that Break 50 built at their previous location has afforded them the opportunity to expand the store - offering a wider variety of paintball products.

The new field and onsite pro-shop, opening March 11th, is designed for year-round daytime and evening play. Phase two includes an additional 16 acres of woods ball playing area. According to co-owners Brett and Susan
Black, "The field will allow us to attract a higher level of player than ever before! We are planning to feature a broad array of events tailored to both the starting paintballer, as well as the seasoned veteran." Some of the events to be offered at the field include Training Workshops, Safety Classes, Skill Challenges, Intro Skills Classes, Tech Classes, Team Building, Group Events and Birthday Parties.

Stacy Hansen and the Blacks have recently teamed together to open the new store and field. Brett, along with his son Jeff, both are avid tournament players in the Tampa Bay area. Hansen and the Blacks met a number of times at paintball events where Hansen noticed the Black's spirit and enthusiasm for the sport and the expansion of Break 50 Paintball began.

Hansen's interest in the sport started when her three sons became avid paintballers. She opened the original Break 50 Paintball store in 2003 at its previous location with husband Nick Hansen. After Nick's unexpected
passing, Hansen carried on, creating a unique brand that has become a staple in the local paintball market. "Adding the Blacks to the company has allowed Break 50 Paintball to expand to the next level and our combined talents will allow us to carry on the legacy that Nick started," stated Hansen.
