SCENARIO DOUBLE HEADER IN SO CAL
Smart Parts

Smart Parts and Tippmann team up to sponsor a Southern California scenario double header with Viper.

Loyalhanna, PA - December 2, 2008 - Southern California has been the scene for some of the hottest paintball action that the sport has ever seen and the 2009 season will be no different. The new year will see not one twenty-four hour game, but a pair of 26 hour games from Viper Scenarios with Sean Scott of Smart Parts and Erik Engler of Tippmann Sports acting as celebrity Generals, leading teams of players gathered from the far reaches of the sport.

“I've had the pleasure of playing in Viper scenario games across the southern US,” says Scott, “and I'm excited that between Smart Parts and Tippmann, we're able to provide the necessary support for Viper to bring his high event production quality to the West Coast.”

With games this big, the venues need to be even bigger. The action will take place on the fields of world-famous SC Village and Giant Paintball Park. The first battle will take place in January at the Giant Paintball Park facility in Alpine, California. Then the second battle will commence in September at SC Village in Chino.

Starting at noon on January 17th, 2009, Road Warriors - Part 1 will deliver over a day's worth of scenario paintball action. The lead character role of Max will be played by the legendary Thad “Weltman” Drum from Damage, Inc., while the role of the peaceful, community minded oil refinery controller, Pappigallo will be played by Sean Scott. Eric Engler will be portraying the role of Lord Humungus, the leader warlord of the savage tribe bent on taking the oil refinery away from the 'civilized man'.

What will remain at the end of the game, will the wasteland continue or will a new city, a new civilization rise from the ashes of battle to see a new day? The future is up to the players, and it will affect the set-up and storyline of the September scenario. Thanks to the support of generous sponsors, registration costs are being kept low, so there is no excuse to miss this event. Walk-on fee is $60 with a ten dollar savings for registering prior to the event, see details for registration requirements. Paint will be sold by the case at $40, with half-cases for $25.
