AMBUSH ALPHA JOINS JOINT FURY
Dman

The rumor is true and confirmed, Ambush Alpha has joined the ranks of Joint Fury. Light conversation began between a few players on Ambush Alpha and Joint Fury at a game back in 2007. After the game around a campfire, players made idle conversation about the game they were attending. Players from Joint Fury and Ambush Alpha were complimenting each other on their day of playing. One conversation lead to another, when finally someone made a comment like 'we should join forces, we would really compliment each others playing style'. Players agreed and the conversation ended there. After several months past and the two teams played together again, similar conversations came up. But yet again, this was just conversation around the campfire after the game. No one really thought to bring it to the team captains at the time. It wasn't until a game towards the middle of 2008 that the idea was actually brought to the leaders of the two crews. By this time, several players from bo!
th crews had become friends with each other and played side by side a few times. Eventually the captains spoke with one another to see if the merger of the two teams would be possible, and if the merger would be something both teams would be interested in doing. The team captains then discussed the merger with the players on their teams. In the end both teams agreed that the two teams playing side-by-side would be worth exploring.

Ambush Alpha and Joint Fury played their first game together at EMR's Viper Game, Weird War II. The game the two teams played together, was a huge success. The side the two crews played for won. With the win, they also achieved 2 awards together. Joint Fury with Ambush Alpha won the Most Valuable Team Award and the Most Infamous Enemy Award. Both Ambush Alpha and Joint Fury were very pleased with the outcome. At this time, the merger was still just a rumor, only a few team captains outside Joint Fury and Ambush Alpha knew about the merger. It wasn't until December of 2008 that the official announcement was made. Starting in 2009 Ambush Alpha will be playing and planning their game schedule around Joint Fury's schedule. The two crews are now officially running together as Joint Fury.

Joint Fury was established in 1996 and was made up of 3 individual teams / squads that play together under one flag / organization called Joint Fury. One of the teams in Joint Fury is, Assassins Guild. This team is mainly known for being a mission team, but they are capable of accomplishing any task on the field. The second team is, Team BITM. Team BITM is the powerhouse team. Their strength is hit them hard speedball style paintball. But again, this team is also more then capable of completing any task asked of them. The third team is Trial By Fire / 40oz. Trial By Fire is a smaller squad but they are just as important. The team is like a jack-of-all-trades. They go out and do whatever is needed of them and do it well. Now in 2009, there is a new 4th team. Ambush Alpha has joined up with the rest of the teams of Joint Fury to make up the new 4 team / squad roster. Ambush Alpha is another jack-of-all-trades team. They do everything and anything or whatever is asked of them.

Although all 4 teams play under 1 flag, they all remain unique and still have their own identities. You can find Joint Fury (Ambush Alpha, Assassin Guild, Team BITM, Trial By Fire) at various games in the North East of the USA. However, they can mainly be found at EMR Paintball Park in New Milford PA, their home field. You can also find each individual team at various games outside of Joint Fury. Each team has their own schedules, but come together to form Joint Fury at various events. The 4 teams never play against each other, always together as one when attending the same games.
