TIPPMANN HOW TO VIDEOS ONLINE
Tippmann

New “How-To” videos will help players with troubleshooting, installation and general maintenance

Tippmann is now offering a large scale Tech Support Program on its Website that will eventually include more than one hundred “How-To” videos and photos. The program is designed to guide players through troubleshooting, general paintball marker maintenance and the installation of upgrades and accessories in an easy-to-follow, step-by-step manner. Tippmann developed the new online program based on feedback from players who asked for a broader selection of Web-based instructional videos through the company’s Facebook and Twitter pages.

“There are countless videos already on the Web that cover a wide variety of topics pertaining to Tippmann markers and accessories, but we wanted to provide our players with a single, comprehensive and trusted resource,” said Ron Goldblatt, director of marketing for Tippmann Sports. “These videos are all produced in-house by our Tippmann Technical Service team, which has unmatched product expertise. Players around the world can now rest assured knowing they have easy access to the most accurate, reliable and up-to-date product information that’s available.”

When designing the new online Tech Support Program, Tippmann wanted the site to be as easy-to-use as possible. As a result, players can very quickly view the desired information as well as gain access to numerous other videos, which are full of helpful tips and advice. When entering the site, a player simply clicks on the appropriate Tippmann marker model, chooses from one of three general categories listed (troubleshooting, installation and maintenance) and selects the specific video topic they wish to view. After watching one video, players can click on the other topics listed to watch additional tutorials.

All of the new Tippmann videos were shot in high definition so players can view them in full-screen mode without the loss of resolution. Most videos also incorporate product close-ups as well as a list of tools necessary to perform the highlighted task. Safety is also emphasized – players are reminded to use caution and follow proper procedures when assembling and disassembling their markers.

“We’ve already uploaded numerous videos for the X7, and anticipate having new videos for our other markers posted in the coming weeks and months,” Goldblatt added. “Of course, we’ll also be integrating the videos into our Facebook, MySpace and Twitter pages, as well as making them available to the paintball forums.”

To gain access to the new online Tech Support Program, players are encouraged to visit www.tippmann.com.
