Dawn Mills with "BARNEY" the purple Stingray
BARNEY's custom work by Bill Mills includes a custom "Biztech" steel barrel, shortened barrel shroud, "Biztech" aluminum barrel plug, trigger work, and purple finish on the receiver and barrel shroud. The purple enamel is protected by several coats of clear gloss urethane. It is important, when using gloss paints, to rough them up a little with steel wool between coats. This will help the coatings bond to one another.
