PATTENT ISSUED TO BALZLISTIC INC.

Portable Paintball Bunker Gets Recognized by US Patent

On February 22, 2005, US patent number 6857460 was issued to Todd R Mowry, CEO of Balzlistic Inc. for portable paintball bunker.

Balzlistic Inc. has been doing extensive testing of the Balzlistic bunkers in our Naples Florida location for over two years. We started out with
the concept of a low cost bunker that was easy to use, move and store. The bunkers also having building block qualities so unlimited shapes and sizes could be constructed on any surface.

Most all of our goals were on target with some issues on the frames durability under extreme abuse from players and weather in the first
generations.

After experiencing four major Hurricanes, tournament and recreational abuse we have the final version of the highest quality most durable and
versatile paintball bunkers available to fields and teams.

The Target lock frame is a hybrid of high grade PVC, flexible connectors, steel fittings and steel base pipes. This combination gives our bunkers a strong back bone under the most extreme conditions yet will rotate or brake away on major impacts for the safety of players and the bunkers. Simply straiten frame and or pop back together and game on. The new design also allows for easier assembly and quick fold flat feature.

Balzlistic bunkers are now ready to dominate your game arena, if you have the balz.
