The attorneys for Procaps L.P., (Makers of DraXxuS Paintballs, DXS Products and VForce Vision Systems) are fighting vigorously to defend the rights of Procaps L.P. against a lawsuit brought against it by National Paintball Supply. National, (now known as Kee Sports) is attempting to block Procaps L.P. from supplying its innovative and remarkably successful DXS paintball loaders to the marketplace. National succeeded in obtaining a temporary restraining order from a New Jersey Judge, but Procaps is confident that these restraints will be overturned once the Judge has the full benefit of the facts surrounding this case.

"National's claims are unwarranted," said Richmond Italia, CEO of Procaps L.P, who remains undeterred by the tactics employed by National Paintball Supply to corner the electronic loader market and to ultimately, prevent the end users from exercising their rights to choose which product they want to buy.

Procaps denies these charges and is vigorously defending itself against National Paintball Supply's attempts to restrict competition and limit the purchasing choices of paintball dealers, playing fields and ultimately players. Procaps L.P. anticipates vindication in the lawsuit.
