The Ugly Ducklings have come back to roost with the Shocker NXT.

Loyalhanna, PA – April 13, 2007 - One of Europe's best known paintball teams, the Ugly Ducklings has come back to the fold, equipping themselves once again with equipment from Smart Parts.  

Team captain Nick Brockdorf commented, “Smart Parts was the first International paintball company to ever sponsor the Ugly Ducklings, back when the team first emerged on the International paintball scene.”

Now the Ugly Ducklings have returned with a two-year sponsorship under which they will be shooting Smart Parts markers exclusively.  “With our agreement, we have a sense of having "come home,” says Brockdorf, “and [we] are extremely happy, and greatly honoured, to once more be part of the Smart Parts family, which is already comprised of all the best teams in the world.”

The Ugly Ducklings understand that equipment counts.  Watch for them shooting Shocker NXT Markers with The Freak barrel systems, Max-Flo comporessed air systems as well as Smart Parts Defender Jerseys, Pants and custom Sprint Packs.  According to Brockdorf their new gear lineup is, “the perfect equipment for playing the most demanding format in the world – X-Ball.”
