SMART PARTS TEAMS SWEEP RCO NXL
Smart Parts

Top three NXL teams at the River City Open claim victory with the Shocker NXT.

Loyalhanna, PA - August 7, 2007 - The top professional paintball teams in the world competed in the NXL at the PSP River City Open in Omaha, Nebraska. Smart Parts teams dominated. Finishing the tournament in first place was Boston Red Legion, they were joined on the winner's podium by second place Dynasty and the Seattle Naughty Dogs in third - all three teams which rely on markers, barrels and air systems from Smart Parts.

Boston Red Legion started out the 2007 NXL season by taking second place at the Los Angeles Open, followed by first at the Mid Atlantic Open. After a rough go of things at the Chicago Open, the team pulled together to play their way through the River City Open without losing a single match. As the 2006 NXL Champions, and strong contenders for the 2007 title, players like Constantine Federov, Sergey Solnyshkov and Alex Lundqvist know they can rely on their Shocker NXT markers.

Dynasty dropped their first game but then came back strong and rolled over the competition during the rest of the River City Open, making their way to the finals match that pitted them against Boston Red Legion. They have placed in the top four at every NXL tournament this year, a consistency that is only possible for players who know their game and their gear. Fielding the Shocker NXT and Epiphany, Dynasty is able to focus on the game, without having to worry about their equipment.

Playing their first season in the NXL, the Seattle Naughty Dogs have gotten stronger and stronger from one tournament to the next. The River City Open marked their first taste of the limelight with a third place finish. Like Dynasty and the Legion, Naughty Dogs have come to rely on the power and reliability of the Shocker NXT.

In addition to their choice of markers, the River City's top three NXL teams have their barrels and their compressed air systems in common. Smart Parts Barrels are where we got our start, and as our record of professional championships shows, we've perfected the process. With The Freak System, paint to bore matching is as simple as changing an insert and our low-friction hard anodized finish results in a barrel that is as rugged and accurate as it is beautiful. All three teams power their markers with the Smart Parts Max-Flo Micro. Its high flow rate and consistency make it a winner on the field, while its preset simplicity and ability to be removed from its bottle for airline inspection make it perfect for travel.

These three teams got where they are through hard work, dedication, and choosing the right tools. They know that Equipment Counts and that's why they choose Smart Parts.
