TRANSPOD A BETTER WAY TO MOVE PAINT
Smart Parts

The all-new TransPod from Smart Parts works like a regular paintball pod, but collapses to 1/3 its own size for easy transport and cleaning.

Loyalhanna, PA – October 23, 2007 – The paintball pod is a vital piece of equipment, often taken for granted, so much so that little has been done to improve upon its design in the last 20 years – until now.

The all-new TransPod from Smart Parts, Inc. fits in standard packs, but its new design has a unique twist – a twist-lock that is. In a players' gear bag, the TransPod's three telescoping segments store compactly, in about 1/3 the space of a regular paintball pod. In a flash, it extends and locks into a full-sized pod, carrying only 5 to 8 less paintballs than a standard “140” sized tube.

Its tapered shape means the TransPod also makes for a tighter profile in a player's pack. After the game, the TransPod easily collapses to its storage mode, and the flip-top can be opened to remove the pod segments for easy cleaning without the need for special swabs.

The TransPod will be on display at the Smart Parts show trailer for the duration of the 2007 PSP Paintball World Cup and will soon be available from Smart Parts Authorized Dealers everywhere.
