TSSOC EARNS MVT AND MVP IN HAWAII
TSSOC

Most Valuable Team and Most Valuable Player honors at Castaway Island Scenario Game in Oahu, Hawaii.

As dawn broke over the Pacific Ocean, four members of Tri-State Special Operations Command set out to take part in Hawaii's first-ever paintball Scenario game: Island Paintball's Castaway Island! Located on the eastern side of the island of Oahu, Island paintball was an absolutely gorgeous field that offered the very best in jungle-type scenario play. With terrain that promised to test the limits of TSSOC's skills and some of the most friendly and hospitable hosts in the business, TSSOC was eager to begin the battle!

Playing on the side of the swashbuckling Pirates, TSSOC members led the way, introducing their own brand of high intensity milsim scenario play and setting the pace of the game. Tri-State took charge on the field leading numerous missions, reconnoitering the enemy HQ, assassinating the enemy General and defending the Pirate base toward the latter part of the game. TSSOC's infiltration and ambush training served the Pirate team well, as they used their skills stalking through six foot tall grass and dense foliage to repeatedly eliminate the leadership of their Castaway foes! "This is one of the most unique and fun fields I've ever played," said SGT Simon "Bulldog" Nadler "The field owners were some of the friendliest I've ever seen in all my years of playing paintball. I was proud to represent TSSOC in Hawaii's first scenario game!"

After two days of hard fighting, the game came down to a single, final battle. Despite the tenacity of the TSSOC and their Pirate allies, the Castaways were able to pull out a victory and we congratulate them and thank them for a great game. For their efforts, TSSOC was awarded the Most Valuable Team award, and SFC Pete "Keg" Walker was awarded the Most Valuable Player award by the Pirate General, Lyndi "Scarlet" Cox of Team Lockdown. TSSOC had a fantastic time, and looks forward to our next game in the Aloha State!
