Tippmann Extends Partnership with Skirmish USA where Tippmann City will be the highlight of the park
Tippmann Sports recently partnered with Skirmish USA, one of the most popular paintball parks in the country, to sponsor Tippmann City – a sprawling development for fast-paced paintball play, which consists of more than 20 buildings laid out to mimic a real-life cityscape. Skirmish USA, located in Jim Thorpe, Penn., spent nearly $100,000 constructing Tippmann City, which is expected to attract roughly 250,000 paintball players over the next five years.
“Our partnership with Skirmish is an important part of our ongoing efforts to support the game and maintain a strong presence at all major paintball fields and events across the county,” said Patrick Ehren, vice president of sales and marketing for Tippmann Sports. “As one of the busiest paintball parks in the U.S., Skirmish is an ideal venue to connect our brand to thousands and thousands of players at all experience levels. Skirmish USA is home to another Tippmann-backed paintball structure – Tippmann Castle. Tippmann Castle is three stories high and includes ten towers, six gates, ramparts, spiral staircases, interior rooms and a bridge from the inner castle to outer castle walls. Skirmish also hosts one of the largest scenario events in the country, which attracts more than 4,000 players each year.
