SUPERGAME XXXVI IN OREGON IN AUGUST
Warpaint International

SuperGame XXXVI to be held August 23, 2008 at the Warpaint International outdoor field in Salem, Oregon. The SuperGame is held twice a year, and is consistantly one of the largest recreational games on the West Coast. With over 7 hours of continuous play, free rental equipment for anyone needing it, and over $15,000 in prize raffle, SuperGame XXXVI looks to again break records. For more information, including a sample of the list of prizes to be given away at the raffle, go to www.warpaintpb.com.

"With tremendous support from leading industry manufacturers, suppliers, and retailers, the SuperGames are quickly becoming the events you dont want to miss on the West Coast. "Without the support of companies like Xtremez.com, Core, Gen X Global, Smart Parts, JT USA, Stiffi, Energy Paintball, Oregon Paintball, Custom Products and the Forest Demons, this event could not reach the scale that it has. I speak for all the staff and players when I say Thank You to these companies for helping make this event such a success year after year," says Gale Janicke, manager of Warpaint International.

"There are so many reasons the SuperGame draws such a large crowd each year. Of course the chance to win a $3000 grand prize package in the raffle, along with hundreds of other prizes is a big draw, but the game is also very unique. The format of the SuperGame allows for multiple styles of play. With 250+ players on each side, and unlimited reincarnations, you can choose how you want to play. You will find snipers in Ghillie suits fighting alone or in pairs, small groups of friends sneaking around the perimiter of the 40 acre field to engage the other team from the back, to large groups of Kamikazes that charge up the middle taking heaving losses but conquering key real estate. You will also find new players following up the large groups as they learn the basic aspects of the game without risking getting shot too easily. There is also a large airball field in play right at the beginning of the field. The SuperGame is really for everyone," says Gale.
