Greenspan to compete in South America

Loyalhanna, PA – August 26, 2008 – Smart Parts is proud to continue their support of the Circuito Sudamericano de Paintball tournament series by sending Dynasty captain, Ryan Greenspan to the fifth event of the 2008 season. Fresh from his recent PSP Northeast Open victory in the NXL, Greenspan will be playing as a guest spot on one of the South American teams.

The South American Paintball Circuit was created by the Mercenarios Paintball Store of Brazil as a way to facilitate paintball on a large scale in Latin America. Competing in 6 countries, the five man X-Ball format series has grown further than expectation and continues to fuel the paintball fever in South America.

Supporting the spread of tournament paintball south of the Equator, Smart Parts has been a long time sponsor of the series providing support for both the promoters and players including tournament prizes, customized jerseys for the referees, and experienced professional paintball players to serve as referees.

The CSP facilitates the hosting of events in Ecuador, Aruba, Brazil, Peru, Chile and Argentina giving the players from each of the countries, as well as surrounding areas, the opportunity to see paintball on a grand scale, without the expense of world travel.

On September 6thand 7th, the fifth tournament of the 2008 season will be held in Santiago Chile at the Codelco Stadium at the feet of the Cordillera de los Andes, a beautiful venue with grassed fields and plenty of amenities for the players and fans.
