Avalanche Signs Product Deal With NXE

After being in the free agent market for less than three weeks, Team Avalanche has secured their first sponsor of 2004. Avalanche and NXE have agreed to a one-year deal involving a monetary disbursement and product commitments. Specifics of the deal were not disclosed.

“I was totally impressed with the quality of the NXE packs when they first showed them to me back in November,” said Avalanche President, Ed Poorman. “Now that I have seen their entire line of products, I am equally impressed.”

Many of the Avalanche roster used NXE prototypes at the Miami NPPL event, while still playing for the 2003 NPPL Super 7 Amateur Series Champions, KAPP Factory.

Avalanche field captain, David Bains, said that the team is thrilled to be involved with NXE in 2004. “They’re the best pack out there and we are glad to be wearing them along with the other NXE products we will be using.”

John Bosch, President of NXE commented, “We are extremely excited to have the Avalanche team supporting our products. This is the first step in creating the foundation of what will become a long-term relationship between us. Our commitment to this business is only amplified as we move forward and create products that are cutting edge in design, form, function and of course, quality. The overall acceptance of NXE as the product of choice from all players from the professional level to the recreational level players only galvanizes our commitment to the game and direction we are taking as a company.” He continued in saying, “We are looking to Warped Sportz as a key partner and launching pad for our new products, introductions and promotions, which are already planned throughout 2004.”

“We are hoping to develop a strong relationship with NXE for the future, said Avalanche representative Dan Napoli. “We think NXE is going to be a force in the industry for many years to come.”

NXE product is currently being distributed by Warped Sportz, Inc. The NXE line is available to players at all of the Warped Sportz Outlet Stores across the United States, as well as online via www.warpedsportz.com. NXE will soon be available in Europe from Warped Sportz Germany and Warped Sportz Austria.

Product is also available at www.paintballgear.com.
