USAPP Seeks Merger Partner

PALM BEACH GARDENS, Fla., Nov 12, 2003 - USA Performance Products, Inc., a subsidiary of eCom eCom .com, Inc. and manufacturer of the Viper M1 paintball marker is seeking a merger partner in the paintball industry. The ideal merger partner will have both experience and vision as well as the desire to command a publicly traded company. eCom eCom .com, Inc. intends to become less diversified and concentrate on its main business, image data compression technologies. eCom seeks to spin off USAPP as a separate publicly traded corporation. The merger partner will control the company and receive a minimum of 51 percent of the company stock.

"We have simply grown in too many directions," said eCom eCom .com, Inc. President David J. Panaia. "This merger plan offers a great opportunity to an existing paintball company because they can become publicly traded without the usual complexities. That gives them the immediate ability to raise additional capital through the sale of stock. While we will maintain stock in USAPP as an investment, we are looking for a partner with the right vision to take the helm and grow the company to its potential while bringing their existing company to the next level of corporate development."

eCom is a publicly traded company and has been producing the Viper M1 paintball marker through its subsidiary, USA Performance Products since 1996. In addition to producing and marketing the Viper M1 and various paintball accessories, USA Performance Products, Inc. successfully developed and marketed the 800Paintball.Com business unit and brand name which it then sold to be operated under new leadership.
