According to a widespread rumor in the Paintball Industry, Procaps, Inc,

In fact, these conversations have been taking place for a long time.  Fortunately, the talks have remained civil, personable, and in many ways,

While the dialog began in 1998, the negotiations have been more frequent lately. Out of these conversations, many discoveries have taken place, and
to the surprise of many, some friendships have formed. As the dialogue has
unfolded, each party has realized, more and more, that the "other guy's" Distribution company has various assets that would be of great value to their own wholesale clientele, including products, services, business methods, policies, and valued staff members. 

The negotiations gave rise to the possibilities of forming a new Trade Alliance between the two Distributors, becoming far better together, than either could be alone. A new union that enhances only the best of each organization. The creation of new Paintball Dealer supply services that surpass  the wishes and desires of Paintball Dealers and Field Operators everywhere.

As this new alliance progresses over the coming months, Dealers should experience very little change. Soon, they'll sense a tremendous and exciting
increase in access to literally every Paintball item they might ever need, from the world's only true one-stop wholesale Paintball suppliers.
