The USPL headed back into the thick of things with games starting off at 10:00 am on Friday morning in the suburb town of Aldie, Virginia, a city situated just 30 miles west of the American capital at Pev's Paintball Park.

Seven man divisions 1 through 3 would begin play on Friday with their games progressing throughout the weekend. Pump players would play on Sunday, D3 5 Man teams would play all weekend and the Professionals would be broken into two divisions, one to begin play on Saturday morning, while the second division would start Saturday afternoon.

With the forecast for the area promising sultry heat and the possibility of rain, the schedule would be of intense interest for teams looking to move up the ranks in the league, hoping for clear skies during their games as playing with wet paint, slippery terrain and fogged up lenses would hamper their chances greatly.

Professional preliminary games wrapped up with DC Arsenal on top of their game with 7 wins, the only pro team to max each game out of the 16. D1 had just five teams playing with Dynasty Entourage on top with a single loss. D2 had 9 teams with Arsenal Predators in the top spot, and D3 with 17 teams had OA Underground in the lead.

Five man had a sparce 6 teams playing with FFP in the top spot after 8 games and two losses.

Professionals moved on to the quarterfinals with 8 teams with Oakland Blast moving up to the top spot after 7 maxes. D3 also hit the quarterfinals with 8 teams for a best two out of three matchup to determine who would move on to the semi-finals.

Semi-finals saw all three brackets of 7 man hitting the fields on Sunday with each classification playing a best two out of three games for the chance to move on to the final rounds. D1 Arsenal Evolution took down Rockstar Factory and Dynasty Entourage beat out Warped Army. D2 LA Monstars took down Farside Kids ten Arsenal Predators beat out Infamy after a first game loss. Impact Kids beat TLords and Wired scraped a win over SCP Edge after a win, a loss and a scant 22 points. D3 five man semi-finals would see Devotion in the finals after their win over Sure Shot Crew. Fighting Devolution for the first place spot would be The KGB Mob after their wins over FFP.

The five man finals saw Devotion over The KGB Mob with two wins for first place, the Mob taking home second. Third place was taken by FFP after their loss and two wins over Sure Shot Crew.

Open pump games saw Indy Mutiny in first after Rockin Cocks bested them in one game, but dropped the other two.

Finals for the 7 man teams saw a first place win for D3 team Wired after beating Impact Kids, Arsenal Predators in D2 took down LA Monstars for the win, Dynasty Entourage took down Arsenal Evolution for their 3rd win this season in D1 and DC Arsenal won their third event in the Professional bracket.

From the nations capital to Sin City, the USPL would next gather in Las Vegas the weekend of October 16-18 for the Las Vegas World Paintball Championships.
