Smart Parts and the Warpig Contest

I read through some of the threads concerning the Smart Parts lawsuit and was curious how that would affect Warpigs contest. Looks like all the prizes are provided by SP and the lucky grand prize winner gets to have pictures taken which will be used in their advertising/marketing. Apparently the winner would become a pawn of the company now hated by all...unless the outrage expressed by the community is exhaggerated. Either way, I doubt the winner would turn down the grand prize on principle.
