Tippman Ordnance Vanishing Act?!

For some time, I've been trying to get ahold of someone - anyone - at Tippmann Ordnance. I have a civilian model TM-203 paint-grenade launcher from T-O, and I need a couple of parts and more ammo. (Yes, I CAN make my own ammo, that's not the point.)

However, my every attempt to contact or call anyone at Tippmann Ordnance has failed. The telephone number on the launcher and the number on the website are the same, but all I get is a "This number is not in service" message.
Nobody answers my Emails either.

Does anyone know what happened to them?
