When the toilets overflow they should drain OUT of the building and NOT into the dressing area of the showers.

Cut some holes at the foundation so you can HOSE and SWEEP Mud out mixed with the stuff that looks like mud.... Don't forget an inside hose outlet and a hose rack in case someone wants to take some initative and help you out...

Floor drains with TRAPS might be required for CODE but they just might not cut it with HEAVY traffic and mud. The traps will fill up with mud. Put the floor drains against the wall and not in the middle of the floor where people will be walking when they get stopped up...

A hot water capability that can keep up with the volume needed. Even if it has to be a puny luke warm trickle... That will be a challenge expense wise. High Capacity Propane Heaters and Tanks hooked in series so one pre heats for the next and brings the total output up to a decent temperature. Other wise the volume just outruns the tank and we are bathing in cold well water.

The self timing shower heads or faucets that shut themselves off after 30 seconds would work.

A pain to use but you can still water down, suds up and rinse without wasting a lot of excess water volume. And you get the job done and get out quickly. Don't encougage long, hot showers. It ain't the Ritz, just a luke warm shower.....

Urinals in quantity or just a trough. Then commodes for the number twos.

Some urinals low enough for the short people or have platform for built for the kids on one end of the trough. Otherwise they pee in the commodes.

Plan so you can add onto the building as your field attendance grows.

Don't forget wheelchair accessibility..and other code stuff.

Lots of screened Ventilation and maybe even vent fans to keep it from stinking in the summer and to suck out the bugs that do get in. Like a 3 foot attic fan.

Inside and outside Lights are good...

Cubby hole shelves stuff your clothes in while you shower. Some lower ones for the kids. A wood or concrete bench to sit on so you can put on soxs and shoes.

A shelf at each shower nozzle to put your washcloth, shampoo and soap on. Just use some offset concrete block sticking out. like those 14" x 14" x 3" thick blocks for sidewalk stones.

Mirrors for the ladies?

A honor box to chip in cash for using the showers. About a buck from those that can afford it. Free for the ones that can't. Offset some of your expenses. The first buck would pay for the box....
