Trying to set up a scenario game in Indiana

I am in northeastern Indiana and there are no scenario games anywhere near us. Our local field owner(www.paintballbarn.com) is interested in letting us do it, but I have never run a scenario game before. We want to start small to get our feet wet and need all of the help/advice we can get. A few basic questions:
What are the usual fees to play?
Where should we post our event for maximum exposure?
Does anyone live near Lafayette, Indiana that would be interested in helping set this up?

As long as it runs smoothly , the sky is the limit for the future.
