Well i can see why your mad because of the long wait but did you try their forums? I go to their forum a lot and ive seen people with a shipping problem or something get it resolved fast on the forum. Also i have ordered from 3A many times already. I own a 71/4500 tank,harness, tank cover, etc. many things and they all came within a few days. But like i said if your having problems go to the forum try to get it resolved there if you cant get ahold of any workers, because from my experiences 3A is a trustworthy company.
