You got it, but Show Me yours first.
There is NO link or rule that supports either position, just common sense that says an invading force must be presented into an area before attacking that area. Even the 'airdrops' would do this, but a camo 60 person bus isn't very stealthy is it?
SO like usual, the "snipers" try to cheat to get Generals.. by going out into the field before time, camping on the playing field and waiting for time to strike. But we all know that the refs won't doing ANYTHING about safety/rules violations, so really this is completely moot.
