First, forget compressed air.... get a 20# CO2 cylinder and a soda regulator. High mobility and good longevity.

and on to screen...

We are using fiberglass window screen. There are a few variations in weight out there, the screen at Home Depot is pretty wimpy, but stops (and bounces)paint if attached properly. Good screen from a pool enclosure installer is noticeably different and has taken cannon shots from 30'. The size of the panel will be a big factor in how the screen handles the abuse. bigger=better

A quick rundown on how screen is attached on the Peacemaker..... The windows are edged with a split vinyl hose then on top of that is foam pipe insulation.
Screen is rolled around a 1/2" wide plywood strip 3-5 turns at the edges and screwed to the siding.

Position the rolled up portion of the screen right next to the foam, if it is rolled in the right direction, the screen will exit the roll between the foam and the stick, not over the stick (bounces better that way and is easier on the screen)

( I read this twice and am now confused as to how I put the screen on my own tank. it's late)
